AAA Truck Repair Inc

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. AAA Truck Repair Inc took our money and NEVER did any work on our unit. On top of that, they kept us waiting for days with nothing but lies. For THREE DAYS straight they told us they were coming to help with our trailer. Every day—no show. Just excuses. We ended up waiting FOUR DAYS total, starting Friday, calling them again and again for updates. Finally, after all that time, when we called again, they told us: “I don’t care, I have no one to help you.” Told them Wouk wrote you a bad review said do what you got to do. So they took our money, wasted our time, and left us stranded. This is not the first time we’ve had problems with them either. We’ve dealt with poor service and being taken advantage of before, but this situation was the worst. This business is dishonest, unprofessional, and completely unreliable. If you don’t want to get scammed and left waiting for days—stay far away from this place. Con artist an liar

Not recommended not reliable I had a very frustrating experience with AAA Truck Repair Inc. They told us for 3 days straight that they were going to come out and help with our trailer, but every single day they didn’t show up and kept giving excuses. We waited FOUR days total, starting from Friday, and kept calling them for updates. Each time we were told something different, but nothing actually happened. Finally, when we called again, they told us they didn’t care and that they had no one to help us. This is completely unprofessional and a huge waste of time. If you’re relying on them for urgent service, don’t—because they will leave you waiting with no real help.

Jarred and his Family took great care of me and my family while we were traveling through on a Route 66 road trip. He allowed us to stay in his parking lot before and after the repair was performed. He is a family man and great mechanic with very reasonable rates and lots of experience with trucks. We were so lucky to find this place and got taken such good care of and our caterpillar motor. Hope to do business with again.
